Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vantage15 mobile application and website (collectively, "the Service"), operated by Keystone Masterworks, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Vantage15 is a cybersecurity and IT learning platform that provides curated briefings, micro-lessons, career resources, threat intelligence context, and progress tracking through a mobile application and supporting website. The Service is designed for professional development and educational purposes.

User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information as needed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without permission

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design and arrangement, are owned by Keystone Masterworks, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The educational content provided through Vantage15 is for informational and professional development purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that content is error-free, complete, or current. Content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice in specific security situations.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refund policies are subject to the applicable app store terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
